Pete is our jack of all trades and genuinely has his hand in most things that we do. His key role is the design and implementation of the front-end, effectively making everything that the developers build intuitive for our users. Further to this, Pete supports or clients with everything from email problems to the design of landing pages and micro-sites for promotional purposes.

Rada keeps the business on track, and the team sane
Saatchi & Saatchi, Grey, Lintas and Ogilvy & Mather… Rada’s envious CV reads like the who’s who of top UK agencies. Twenty years experience within these companies has given her the skills that we need to become a major force in digital marketing. Rada set up Change with David in 2008 and joined full time in 2011. Her role is basically to run the day to day business and to support the team.
Rada coined the phrase ‘T’intornet well before anyone in the north, her passion for online shopping helping to support the economy.
